We have optimized lane coverage in major freight corridors including the Midwest, Northeast, Southeast, Southwest, and West Coast. We handle a wide range of freight types including dry van (general merchandise, packaged goods), refrigerated (temperature-controlled perishables), flatbed (oversized, construction materials), LTL (less-than-truckload partial shipments), and specialized freight (hazmat, high-value, expedited). Our team has experience across virtually every commodity.

You can track your shipment in real-time through our tracking page using your load number or BOL reference. Our platform provides live GPS updates, estimated arrival times, and automatic milestone notifications. You will also receive proactive status updates from your dedicated account representative.

Visit our Carriers page and complete the carrier onboarding form. You will need your MC number, DOT number, insurance certificates, and W-9. Our compliance team will verify your credentials, and once approved, you can start hauling loads immediately. The process typically takes 24-48 hours.

The Caravan Loyalty Program is our carrier rewards system designed to recognize and reward our most reliable partners. As you complete loads with SRL, you advance through tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) that unlock benefits like priority load access, reduced Quick Pay fees, fuel discounts, and dedicated support. The more you haul with us, the more you earn.

Yes. We offer Quick Pay options that get you paid within 2-5 business days after delivery, subject to a small processing fee. Standard payment terms are Net 30. Carriers enrolled in higher tiers of our Caravan Loyalty Program enjoy reduced Quick Pay fees. Contact your carrier representative or visit the carrier portal to enroll.

Marco Polo is our proprietary AI assistant built into the SRL platform. Named after the famous explorer, Marco Polo helps with intelligent load matching, market rate analysis, shipment tracking inquiries, and operational support. It is available 24/7 to both shippers and carriers, providing instant answers and proactive insights to streamline your logistics operations.

Our platform is fully responsive and optimized for mobile browsers, so you can access all features from your phone or tablet. A dedicated mobile app is currently in development and will be available soon. In the meantime, you can add our website to your home screen for an app-like experience.

Our tracking system integrates with carrier ELD devices and GPS systems to provide real-time location updates. You will see live position updates, estimated time of arrival, and automatic notifications at key milestones (dispatched, picked up, in transit, delivered). EDI integration (204, 990, 214, 210) ensures seamless data exchange between systems.

Standard payment terms for shippers are Net 30 from the date of delivery. For carriers, standard payment is also Net 30 with Quick Pay options available for faster processing. All invoices include detailed documentation including rate confirmation, bill of lading, and proof of delivery. Custom payment terms may be available for high-volume accounts.

We work with all major factoring companies. If you factor your invoices, simply provide us with your factoring company's information and a Notice of Assignment (NOA). We will direct payment to your factoring company per the terms of the NOA. There are no additional fees from SRL for working with factoring companies.

We accept payment via ACH transfer, wire transfer, and company check. For carrier payments, ACH is the preferred and fastest method. All payment details are managed securely through our platform. Contact our billing team at [email protected] for specific payment inquiries.
